Items purchased online are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
With original tags attached
Accompanied by the original receipt (emailed or texted copy is fine)
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🛍️ In-Store Purchases at Revive at the Ridge
Items purchased at our Revive at the Ridge location can be returned in-store within 10 days of purchase.
Returns must meet the same requirements as above: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and original receipt (emailed or texted receipt accepted).

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item
Items returned that do not meet our policy will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
